Our inspections cover building defects and potential safety hazards. Properties inspected are given an appraisal and the client is provided with a detailed written report which fully complies with Australian standard AS 4349.1.-2007 Inspection of Buildings Part 1.

- The Interior of the building
- The exterior of the building
- The roof space
- The roof exterior
- Smoke detectors and RCD's (safety switches)
- Boundary fencing and retaining walls
- Doors and windows
- Plumbing Fixtures and fittings, vanity basins, baths, toilets, sinks and taps
- Kitchen, laundry and bathroom cabinets and benchtops
- Stairs
- Roofing, facia, gutters, downpipes, eaves, barges, vents and skylights
- Insulation and sarking
- Driveways and paths
- Surface water drainage
You will receive a comprehensive report documenting the condition and maintenance requirements of the property. This report is usually 35+ pages and includes photos of the structure, fixtures and fittings
